3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Processing
We accept payments through various methods, including but not limited to payment processors such as Ozow. All payments are processed securely in accordance with applicable payment processing regulations.
3.2 Pricing
Project pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis and will be clearly outlined in project proposals and service agreements. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect projects already under contract.
3.3 Payment Schedule
Payment terms, including deposit requirements and milestone payments, will be specified in individual service agreements. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in suspension or termination of services.
3.4 Refunds
Refund policies are determined on a project-by-project basis and will be detailed in service agreements. Generally, work completed and delivered is non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. All deliverables are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
Clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
We will deliver all completed work to the client
Any unused deposits or prepayments may be refunded at our discretion, minus work completed

We respect the confidentiality of client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
